Moverly (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online marketplace platform that connects Customers with independent Movers who provide moving, delivery, transport, and related services. We do not provide moving services ourselves, we do not employ Movers, and we do not supervise, control, or manage any third-party service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal information when you access our Website, create an account, post a job, accept a job, communicate through our platform, or otherwise engage with Moverly. 2. How We Use Your Information
Moverly uses personal information solely to operate the platform as a marketplace and to communicate with Users regarding platform access, account management, and technical issues. Specifically, personal information may be used to:

Moverly does not provide services directly and does not coordinate or manage the services of Movers. Any operational, service-related, or transactional communication is the responsibility of the independent Mover.

Moverly does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Personal information may be shared with other Users of the platform only to the extent necessary for facilitating job postings, acceptances, and communications between Customers and Movers.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Moverly, its Users, or the public. Each Mover is solely responsible for managing the personal information they receive from Customers, and Moverly is not liable for their privacy practices.
4. Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics
Our Website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to enhance user experience, track performance, and collect analytics. Cookies collect non-identifiable data, such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, session length, and referral sources. Moverly does not provide moving services or insurance. Customers are responsible for arranging insurance directly with the Mover or an external provider for fragile, antique, valuable, or oversized items. All risk associated with services booked through the platform lies entirely with the Mover performing the job.

Moverly may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in practices, services, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with an effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
